unveil は「発表する、明らかにする」。veil（ベール）に反意を表す un- が付いて「明らかにする、暴露する」となります。

gathering は「集まり、会合」。gather（集まる）の動名詞で、「集まり」という意味で使われます。

ammunition は「弾薬」、artillery は「大砲」、そして armored vehicle は「装甲車」です。armored は「武装した」という意味。
bolster は「増強する、鼓舞する」で、to bolster は、前の more ammunition 以降の名詞を修飾する形容詞的用法の不定詞です。

Biden’s fresh pledge came after the US agreed to allow training on American-made F16 fighter jets. The training lays the groundwork for their eventual transfer to Ukraine.
fresh pledge「新しい公約、約束」。

agree to …は「…することに同意する」。
American-made は「アメリカ製の」という意味の形容詞句。

had unveiled は過去完了形。前に Even before があり、ゼレンスキー大統領が来日する（過去の時点）前のことを述べているので、過去完了形で表現します。
other measures meant to punish Moscow over its invasion of his country「ゼレンスキーの国に侵略したことでロシアを罰する意味でのほかの制裁」
measure は「手段」。
meant は、後置修飾の過去分詞で、other measures を後ろから修飾しています。mean to … は「…するつもりだ」という意味。
Moscow は都市名ですが、ニュースなどでは、このように首都名を国名の代わりに使うことがよくあります。
punish … over ～は「～の罪で…を罰する」という表現です。
his country の his はゼレンスキー大統領のことです。

under control は「支配されて」という表現。

選挙で圧勝するときに landslide victory が使われます。これは1800年代に使われるようになった表現です。地滑りがそこにあったものをすべて埋め尽くしてしまうことから使われるようになりました。
without enough parliamentary seats on Sunday to form a government outright「日曜日、完全に政府を構成するには十分な議席が足りないことが判明した」
このwithout はvictory を就職しています。
parliamentary seat は「議会の議席」。
form は「構成する、形成する」で、form … outright は「完全に…を構成する」という意味になります。
The Prime Minister has indicated he will seek a second election in a bid to consolidate his victory without need of a coalition partner.
he will seek a second election「彼は再選挙を模索するだろう」
second に the ではなく a が付いていることに注目しましょう。予定していない「２度目」のとき、the ではなく a を使って a second … のように表現します。
in a bid to consolidate his victory「彼の勝利を強固にすることを目指して」
in a bid to …は「…することを目指して」。
consolidate は「強固にする、固める」。
without need of a coalition partner「連立政党をの必要性なしに」
