rattle は「大きな音を立てる」という動詞。「ガラガラヘビ」は rattle snake といいます。

知覚動詞を使った表現＜知覚動詞＋目的語＋分詞＞が受け身形になったもの。平叙文は次の形。

civilian は「民間人」。軍に属していない一般市民をいいます。
have been killed「亡くなった」。戦争や事故などで亡くなるとき、このように be killed が使われます。
The number of wounded civilians has jumped to more than 2,500.
the number of …とa number of … との違いに注意しましょう。the の付く前者は単数を表しますが、a number of …は「多くの」という意味で、複数を表します。

erupted on April 15「４月１５日に勃発した」
erupt は「火山が噴火する」という意味でも使います。

現在分詞の後置修飾です。前の holiday を修飾しています。

targets に冠詞が付いていないのは、「いくつかの標的」のように、特定していない場所を表すからです。

Thirty-six はドローンのことで、target が他動詞で能動態になっていることにも注目しましょう。

ネイティブ・スピーカーではないこの市長の話には文法的な間違いが多く含まれています。次のように言い換えることができます。
“Just now, we entered one of the apartments in one of the buildings. Today was one of the massive attacks on our hometown. Five people were taken to hospitals injured, and two of them are still in hospitals, but nobody has died. That is very important.”
The drone swarm is the latest in a renewed Russian air campaign launched 10 days ago.

前のair campaign を就職する、過去分詞の後置修飾です。

「～して、～しながら」という意味の分詞構文になっています。
days after two separate mass shootings「２度にわたる銃乱射事件から何日か後」
はっきりと期日を指定しないで述べるとき、このように days という複数形を使います。
