In the 1998 movie “The Truman Show,” Truman Burbank does not know his whole life is a television show.
「１９９８年の映画『トゥルーマン・ショー』では、トゥルーマン・バーバンクは、彼の人生すべてが１つのテレビドラマなのだということを知りません」
Hidden cameras broadcast “The Truman Show” 24 hours a day around the world.
「隠しカメラが、世界中に一日２４時間、『ザ・トゥルーマン・ショー』を配信していたのでした」
broadcast は「放送する、放映する」。
All the people in his life, including his wife, are actors.
「彼の生活に現れるすべての人は、妻を含めて俳優なのです」
including は「～を含めて」という前置詞です。
His hometown is really a stage.
「彼の故郷は、実はステージなのです」
After observing strange events and behaviors, Truman begins to question his sanity.
「奇妙な出来事や行動を観察していて、トゥルーマンは正気を疑い始めます」
observe は「観察する、よく見る」。
question は「疑問に思う」という動詞です。
sanity は「正気」。

I don’t really know. I guess I’m being spontaneous.
「よく分からないね。成り行き任せって感じかなぁ」
Somebody, help me! I’m being spontaneous.
「誰か助けてください！ 僕はやることが分からないんです」
What do you think “being spontaneous” means? Is it,
「being spontaneous はどういう意味だと思いますか。それは、」
(A) Acting in a way that causes trouble
「(A) 問題を起こす行動をしている」
or (B) Doing something that is not planned
「あるいは、(B) 計画していないことをしている」
The answer is (B).
Truman got an urge to spontaneous after feeling he was being tricked for mysterious reasons.
「トゥルーマンは、何かミステリアスな理由でだまされていると感じたあと、成り行き任せにしたい衝動に駆られたのです」
spontaneous は、「自然発生的に起きる、自然な」という意味の形容詞です。ここでは「出たとこ勝負」のような意味合いで使っているようです。
